In this post, we learned how to use one of the available software tools (IAR Embedded Workbench) for compiling, building and debugging code for MSP430. We also learned how to blink LEDs and perform some basic I/O port operations using MSP430.
We also found tachycardia up-regulated genes with cardiac relevance: SNRPN is a human gene that encodes the small nuclear ribonucleoprotein polypeptide N with a role in development [21,22] and detected single nucleotide polymorphism in COPD patients and participants of the Framingham study [23].
