It writes some info about computer in %TEMP%\InfoTool\HDReadiness.txt, but I believe it's portable otherwise.BTW, if you are planing to use later versions of Nero (or Nero portable), google for mini-nero or micro-nero, which are customized installations that remove most of useless bloatware tools.
